OpenPGP UI regression fixture

Local, synthetic UI only: no mailbox, account, key material, or network API. Toggle the theme, open Sign/Encrypt options, select the sample key, and inspect key-management dialogs. “Run checks” tests both themes and restores this view. Reload to reset all local state.
